Doit offers a free tier and optional Doit Pro subscriptions. This page explains the service; the app licence is Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement.

Free and Pro in version 2.51

Free includes manual tasks and notes for today, one saved list, one added list per day, one backlog list with unlimited items, unlimited active challenges and Home Screen widgets. Creating and managing goals and all normal Doit AI capture require Pro. Pro also unlocks other-day planning, repeating tasks, unlimited lists and additional appearance and integration features. The app explains when an action requires Pro; you can decline a subscription and continue free after the offer's close countdown. Version 2.51 is the current public version. The 2.60 update is awaiting public review, not publicly released; check your installed version.

Price, trials and renewal

The selected plan’s full price, billing period and any eligible trial are displayed before purchase. Prices and availability vary by region. Apple asks you to confirm the purchase. A trial, where offered and eligible, renews into the displayed paid plan unless cancelled in time. No paid subscription starts just by opening Doit or this website.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Your content and choices

Review AI-generated drafts before adding them. Planner content is stored locally first, with optional private iCloud sync. Optional cloud AI requires consent and sends selected text, transcripts or images and interpretation context through Supabase to Anthropic Claude. The monthly allowance is 1,000 total cloud requests per anonymous installation, including up to 35 paper or handwriting scans, resetting each UTC calendar month. Next-update access information

Doit 2.60 (32) was submitted for public review on 25 October 2026 and is not publicly released. Its protected Cloud AI endpoint applies the same 1,000-total and 35-scan monthly limits using a verified Apple app identity rather than the older installation counter. After consent, first-time setup allows up to five attempts including one paper scan, within 30 minutes and ending with onboarding; replay does not renew it. Goal planning is Pro-only and shares the monthly total, not the setup allowance; a single cloud plan covers up to 60 days. Happy is the default icon for everyone, and the other 23 expressions require Pro. Shared list/goal links contain forwardable content and create separate copies, not live collaboration. Shake feedback is optional and sends nothing automatically. These service additions change no price, trial, renewal, cancellation or refund term. Additional abuse limits may reduce availability.
